Job Description:

The responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

  •  Reconcile multiple bank accounts
  •  Manage and process full cycle A/P, full-cycle A/R
  •  GST/HST, WSIB and EHT return preparation
  •  Payroll administration
  •  Responsible for account/bank reconciliations
  •  Bookkeeping activities, as required
  •  Yearend preparation and month end tasks and reporting
  •  Respond to client enquiries and maintain client relationships
  •  Preparation of annual T Slips and related summaries
  •  General office administration as required

  •  Has a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  •  Experience with Profile, QuickBooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, Sage, Excel, Word and Outlook is an asset
  •  Good understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance
  •  Excellent organizational skills
  •  Self-motivated and works well independently and in a team environment
  •  Communicates well with clients, team members and government agencies
  •  Speaks fluent English and working knowledge of French is preferred but not mandatory
  •  Integrity, professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
  •  Capable of working in a fast paced, high-energy environment
  •  Possess excellent customer service skills
