Job Description:

Job Type: Full-Time position – Monday to Thursday- Shift starts at 5:30am until 3:30pm.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years
Job Description: MiTek Canada is looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to fill the position of General Laborer.
 
Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, this position will assist with the overall cleanliness and organization of our manufacturing facility.
 
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing facility. 
Sweeping and mopping
Emptying garbage and recycling
Stacking pallets and moving boxes
Organizing storage rooms
General maintenance duties
May need to perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements/ Skills:
Forklift experience is an asset
Time management – Ability to work within deadlines and complete tasks efficiently
Strong organizational skills
Ability to solve problems 
Strong interpersonal skills – work well within a team
The ability to safely perform heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)
