Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Payables
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Payroll
  • Prepare payments to  Receiver General, WSIB,  HST
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Bank Deposits
  • Retrieve Mail Daily
  • Schedule Annual Test and Service Work
  • Respond to Telephone Inquires
  • Dispatch Emergency Service Work
  • Prepare Verification and Annual Test Reports
  • Prepare Quotes to Customers
  • Prepare Paperwork for Testing and Service Work
  • Enter Device Records
  • Prepare Necessary Documents for Year End
  • File
  • Order Stock
  • Update Price lists
  • Update Cash Flow
  • Allocate hours to projects
  • Weekly back up Click Free and re-charge cell phone
  • Prepare and send Annual reports to School boards.


Insta Tech Services Inc.


  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially excel and word.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as SAGE. We do not use Quickbooks.
  • Understands the role of office manager, can schedule work, interact with our technicians, clients well over the phone.
  • Understands accounting practices, invoicing, payables.
  • Types proficiently as we have many reports issued weekly using excel and Word documents.
