Cedar Heights Residential Living is looking for caring, enthusiastic, energetic and professional individuals to work with children, youth and adults.

Cedar Heights has 5 licensed children's residences and 2 adult homes specializing in the treatment of children, youth and adults who have brain-based disabilities such as ASD and FASD.

Residential Support Worker provides on-site, client-centred, direct care to children, youth and adults.  They must ensure the safety and well being of the individuals at all times.  Support Workers are responsible for providing direct care and support in areas such as personal hygiene, life-skill and social skill development, community integration, recreation and leisure.  In addition to the direct care, support workers must complete all required documentation, house cleaning duties and ensure a safe living environment at all times.  Support Workers must work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with families and outside agencies.

The position requires that the candidate be available to work various shifts including evening, weekends and overnights.  The position(s) are for part-time with the potential for full-time.

    • College diploma or University Degree in a related field
    • Vulnerable Sector Screening
    • Medical including immunization
    • Reliable Vehicle with minimum $1Million Liability insurance
